Michael Rossi DONATES 100% of Real Estate Commission to The Samburu Project

Mike Rossi, Real Estate Agent and TSP Board Member will donate 100% of any commission that comes by way of The Samburu Project up to $100,000 annually from any listing or purchase of residential or commercial real estate in the State of California less any transaction/marketing associated costs. Once the $100,000 commission has been achieved, Mike will continue to donate 20% of any TSP related commission during that calendar year.

A California licensed real estate salesperson since 1990, Mike represents buyers and sellers of homes from cottages to luxury, land, commercial and apartment buildings. He can provide business, personal and civic references upon request.

Mike had the opportunity to see The Samburu Project’s work first-hand when he traveled to Samburu, Kenya in November 2007. This journey inspired him to donate his time and energy to our project.

The Samburu Project is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that collaborates with communities in developing countries to enhance men, women and children’s daily lives by providing resources that address immediate needs while promoting long term sustainability and self-sufficiency along with cultural integrity. Our first initiative, 25 Wells is aimed at bringing easy access to clean, safe drinking water to communities in the Wamba area of the Samburu District, Kenya. By providing the foundation of water, our belief is that development is possible. With water as a baseline, we can impact other aspects of community life including education, healthcare, income generation and women’s empowerment.
