P.E.A.R. Innovations (Participatory Education, Awareness and Resources Innovations)
Founded in 1998 and based in Maralal, Samburu District, Kenya. PEAR Innovations is a non-profit community company with the role of linking local remote pastoralist communities to the wider world in the areas of Community Development, Research, Social Programs, Advising/Consultancy, and Income Generation. In 2007, PEAR and The Samburu Project formed a partnership to support each other on both sides of the globe. TSP is the U.S. fiscal sponsor for P.E.A.R. and we are actively seeking projects to collaborate on in Samburu, Kenya. Some of the many projects of PEAR include but are not limited to the following:

- Milk and Meat Preservation Project with Tannery
