ADELINE DOUGHERTY…
has 7 years of strategy experience at top firms, including McKinsey, Dell and now Google. Born to globe-trotting parents she bore witness to extreme poverty at a young age, and has been passionate about international development ever since. She has volunteered abroad in rural Tanzania, Ghana and Haiti with a focus on women’s empowerment. She believes in maximizing impact by providing basic human needs, allowing for the fundamental right to live. She has a bachelor’s degree in business-economics and geography from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives in San Francisco with her husband, and loves to travel in her spare time.
