Salesforce Intern

As a Salesforce Inern you will help maintain and update our Salesforce database.

responsibilities

  • Help create and manage campaigns through Salesforce
  • Input donations and manage donor contact information 
  • Keep track of donor thank yous & tax letters 
  • Design & create emails to be sent out through SF
  • Clean current data

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven writing skills
  • Very organized and highly attentive to detail

Office Admin Intern

As an Office Administrative Intern you will assist the Project Coordinator.

responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions in the HQ which includes answering phones, processing donations, updating Salesforce and drafting acknowledgment letters
  • Support the planning and execution of TSP events

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible and willing to learn and take on a wide range of responsibilities

Special Events Intern

As a Special Events Intern you will help in the planning and implementation of special events and fundraisers. You will learn how to plan an event from the beginning to the end!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Walk through the creative process of putting together the collateral (printed and digital) material
  • Solicit companies and restaurants for in-kind donations
  • Manage event details and logistics
  • Assist on the day of the event

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills and comfortable communicating on the phone and in person
  • Reliable and self-motivated, highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible in stressful situations
  • Strong self-initiative and willingness to learn and take on a wide range of responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
