Internship Positions

TSP is looking for a videographer or experience film students to transcribe 15 hours of video footage.


  • Transcribe 15 hours of video footage into a video journal. 
  • Create a record of actions and words spoken during this the footage to use for future marketing and editing
  • Access to, and experience with, transcription software a must. 

Digital Media Intern

Office Admin Intern

TSP is looking for Administrative Office Interns to assist the TSP staff with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks.


  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions in the HQ which include but not limited to; answering phones, processing donations, updating Salesforce and drafting donation acknowledgment letters.
  • Support the planning and execution of TSP events
  • Updating TSP database and mailing lists


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience with Constant Contact 
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills
  • Candidates should be reliable, self-motivated, highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

Special Events Intern

As a Special Events Intern you will help in the planning and implementation of special events and fundraisers. You will learn how to plan an event from the beginning to the end!


  • Walk through the creative process of putting together the collateral (printed and digital) material
  • Solicit companies and restaurants for in-kind donations
  • Manage event details and logistics
  • Assist on the day of the event


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills and comfortable communicating on the phone and in person
  • Reliable and self-motivated, highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
